[WIP] Added run option

This is very useful to launch manualy turrets, in stand-alone mode.

It misses some details:

• Without stop message, turret runs without end, I suggest to add a timeout to turret's config
• We need a way to disable result upload

We can add a timeout and why not create a CLI command to manually send stop message from turrets, depends on what we need to do.

Disabling result upload will be avaible in next major CORE release, but I think we can do it here too
