Issue Summary

A bug happened! I can't make Wrough Iron Ingot by smelting iron ingot, game just doesn't have this recipe. (Edited: Almost All custom reciped doesnt't work. Idk why)https://imgur.com/a/l5wXszDhttps://imgur.com/a/CldzWEw

Reproduction steps

  1. Try to do Wrough Iron Ingot by start game quests.
  2. Try to smelt iron ingot to make Wrough Iron Ingot.
