[Bug]: Red mushroom recipe in atomic reconstructor

Issue Summary

There is a recipe in atomic reconstructor that takes poppy and outputs red mushroom, however there is another recipe for poppy that overwrites the previous one. Also there is no indication that programmed circuit number does anything to solve this.

Reproduction steps

1. Try to craft a red mushroom by putting poppy in atomic reconstructor
