[BUG] Sliver C2

Describe the bug

Sliver do not work from scratch (tested with nightly image)

To fix :
cd /opt/tools/sliver && make

The install seems correct

Maybe the problem is related to asdf. it probably needs an "asdf reshim" before the "make" to refresh the local Goland environment.
It's a supposition, I'm not sure about anything

There is also a probleme with the client even after the "make fix"
