Metrics in the dashboard aren't handling a 3rd category of org-ids which is the "unrecognised" ones e.g .

Funding org name Recipient Org ID
Nuffield Foundation The_Association_of_Lawyers_for_Children

Macc 360G:PRIDES(PakistaniRefugeeIntegrationDevelopmentEducationSupport)**

** This one we can easily tweak the detection to count it as internal, currently it isn't because it isn't in the usual format 360G-abc-123
