Describe the bug
Entering 'Fullscreen' mode captures all keyboard input, even when a second monitor is in use.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect a second monitor.
  2. Open Tigervnc in motor 1
  3. Connect to a server
  4. Press 'f8'
  5. Click 'Fullscreen': Note that only monitor 1 should be in fullscreen mode
  6. Move the cursor to monitor 2. Open a text editor
  7. In the text editor, try to type any characters. Notice that all keyboard input is being captured even if Tigervnc is not the active app.

Expected behavior
Tigervnc should only capture keyboard input when it is the active app. This behavior worked as expected in earlier versions.
