Create an organization for Chonky.

I want to say thank you for the great library! 💖

To ensure Chonky grows and develops, many other contributors 🦹‍♀️ 🧙‍♂️ 🧛 🧝‍♀️ have to have access to change and develop Chonky. Would you consider to create an organization for it and maybe add some active users as maintainers?

I used Active Fork and found out that there is a relatively-maintained version of Chonky.

Still, that organization, Aperture Robotics, consists of one person. So in the long term, it can't be a solution.

Update: 😆 I thought that that fork was well maintained because last commit was "8 hours back". But actually it was just a bot which updates dependencies. The next comment was from 20th august. 😆 What is a coincidence 😆
