Suggestion: Breast color

Brief description of the issue

Breasts take on base body color, but don't account for shading on the species sprite and as a result end up in neon colors.

Proposed solution

Give them a separate color selector like genitals have. This would make them easier to colormatch to the body and eliminates the need to A: account for shading on multiple species sprites, B: make them somehow adhere to markings layers (which would make them invisible anyway).
