Phase 3 - New Feature: Sentences in summary should link to timestamp in YouTube video

For future development of Scivener, another useful feature to add would be the ability to click on a sentence from the summary that is generate, and have the YouTube video skip to the time stamp where that sentence was said.

For example if you were watching a video about the local news, and the summary generated contained a sentence that intrigued you, you can click on that sentence to figure out the context.
