建议为不同的类使用相同的方法名，或者同一个类使用不同的方法名，以便用户使用循环的方式向多个渠道推送消息
建议支持async，以便已使用async的项目能够积极使用本工具，可以考虑用httpx代替requests，它支持同步和异步两种写法
建议记录日志，如果没有收到消息推送，有排查的线索
