Cant turn in Bring mob quests.

At first it started with the bring in the illegals villagers and eventually I found one out of the 20 guards that would take the Eviillagers, and now I cant find the guard to bring the lord's donkey to is there a button im not clicking on the guard to make it work?

and the mod also didnt count the animals i bred in town for a couple different times.
