Pixelmon Pokemon Trading Cards

Would it be possible to do a pixelmon plugin that allows the pokemon to possibly drop Their own card with rare pokemon always dropping a card, and lower level common pokemon have a small percentage to drop
maybe even a 50% chance, or just configureable percentages

anyways i would like to add this plugin to my pixelmon server i am preparing to launch. its 1.6.2 i am the owner of MilSpec hexxit which is 3rd on http://hexxitserverlist.com and 11th out of over 1500 servers on http://tekkitserverlist.com

Maybe even uses the same system as the pokedex item in pixelmon, (not sure of the exact name of that item) that displays the pictures for the binders and cards.
