v1.0.0 Release!

After a long struggle with the code, demotivation and other factors, here we have it, V1.0.0 of my P2 Map Uploader! Please report any bugs you find on this github's issue tracker. thank you for helping us help us help us all. (still requires you to install QT 5.15 on Linux to function)

P2CE will change it's workshop system at some point, as of writing this 27/07/2022 it still uses p2's upload system and therefor this one can be used. however, I cannot guarantee comparability in the future.
