(Feature request) Convert Tree Buttons to a fixed button bar

Currently the tree buttons float at the bottom right of the tree. I feel like this is bad UX:


On Mobile (in desktop view):

I think it would be preferable to have a fixed bar at the bottom containing the tree buttons - something like this:
