Add admin permission to see the content when exchange complete

Hello, i think i would be cool to add a permission for admins to check the exchange contents.
For exemple a message in chat saying "Player1 gave 1 dirt to Player2 who gave 3 money" or a clickable message opening the exchange inventory.

Hey! This is a feature I've envisioned since I first added trade logging. I want to add commands to view the trade logs and open a mock trade inventory. This may come very soon; I should have tomorrow all to myself so I can code :)
