Add Grant ID for everywhere

NWO wants the grant ID on everything we do. This was in a recent newsletter:

Off the top of my head that means:

• All repos in the TulipaEnergy org
• Tulipa preprint
• Clustering paper
• Time Res paper
• No nodes paper

And we'll keep it in mind for future materials like posters/websites.

It's nice attribution and will make it easier if people ever search by the grant ID.
