"Get Project as SB3" block

I didn't add this as an extension, as it's not, but I figured I'd show it off and put a place to download

This block uses a few extensions to let you get the SB3 of projects. You can (presumably download it) do whatever you want with it.

Here is the code if you just wanna see how it works without downloading. No clue what people will use this for, but have fun!
