Merge SB3 Block

This took all day, but as RockyTheProtogen said in #1598 it was possible, so I took it as a challenge and looked into it to see if it was.
The design is very human

however, it works. The only time I would use it would be to make something like it, but I'm sure you guys can do some crazy things with it.

Like with my Get SB3 block, credit is not necessary but appreciated.

I know the code seems counter-intuitive but I do everything in my power to make all of my custom blocks run off the same list without bloating all the variables. Maybe one day I'll adapt my blocks to thread variables, but today is not that day. I originally created them to not require extensions, that way I wouldn't clutter the menu with my need for random blocks from random extensions, and so the code would be mine. Eventually I started making more complex random blocks that didn't already exist, and my last ounce of sanity was not gonna let me code every one of those manually. I also hate to add "Dependencies" of other blocks I've made, that way it's an easy download-and-transfer-the-code system, but the more I realize I'm the only one that's gonna use most of these the more I realize it probably would've been better if I did.
