Recording is missing from some cases flagged for review

This was actually designed to behave this way. When you're reviewing an issue with a phrase, the recordings are not present. When the issue relates to a recording, then you'll be able to hear it. For this issue in particular, it looks like there was no actual issue with the transcription, translation, or recordings, but rather a note that we want added to the entry. In which case this particular issue in speech-db will have to remain open until I'm able to add a comments field to the phrase object.
