Currently gutters can be manually modified on the image directly using the media library modal interface, or by manually modifying a generated [caption] shortcode for images with captions. However, it would be nice to provide a default set of gutters that works out of the box.
Maybe add a new field in the media library modal interface that lets you specify CSS classes for a [caption] shortcode?
