General Lab Info

Not lab info, but to edit this you need a github account then be added as a member of the Engineers for Exploration organization. Then, by clicking "Edit Page", you can see how the wiki is written using markdown.

Markdown is a human-friendly text formatting language that is very quick and easy to write with.

You can do things like:

  • Bulleted
  • Lists

and block quotes

Markdown is awesome!

Basically, it's a highly intuitive way to write and format text for a wiki like this. You can also embed images and whatnot.

Lab Safety Guide - Please read and understand!

####General Safety and Shop Guidelines

  • When machines are running, safety glasses MUST be worn by everyone inside the shop!
  • Wear closed-toed shoes.
  • Never leave the machines unattended; always watch your work!
  • Know where the emergency stop buttons are located on each machine.
  • Use the machine shop with a buddy!
