Lebanon Admin 4 Neighborhoods

MapAction and other sources provide an Admin 4 for Lebanon which is not aligned with higher levels in the November 2024 update for Lebanon. These neighborhood data is provided in the dataset page on HDX but is not available in the live service for the enhanced COD. Sources such as the global p-code register may be checked for these. Also the layer may be added to the standard COD live services separately so they may be added to applications but since it is at the level only and a partial country service we may add another folder or indicate such in the service name in the standard cod portfolio.
