Ocean-LETKF v1.0.0
This is the initial release of the Ocean-LETKF software. The Ocean-LETKF was developed by Prof. Stephen G. Penny at the University of Maryland, based on an earlier LETKF software release by Prof. Takemasa Miyoshi. The current software supports ocean data assimilation for number of different ocean models used for operational forecasting by NOAA, NASA, and the U.S. Navy.
