Add More Verbs to the "Hinges" and/or "Pins" Objects (Door to Len's Office), and Make "Hinge" Acceptable for "Hinges"

Some additional verbs should be added to the effect of removing the hinges from Len's office door, for the sake of making the solution more accessible (without having to open up the manual). Some examples could be:

use flathead screwdriver on hinges ,
insert flathead in pins ,
remove hinge with flathead ,
etc.

Also, "hinge" should be acceptable along with "hinges" for these commands.

Someone noted a similar difficulty with the moveable tile in the IT Office.

Additionally, there's this funky issue with the door (see image below). Not sure what's happening there.
