SS module causing spikes in Kup

Describe the bug
When running supy with the SS module, the radiation balance shows large spikes in Kup.

To Reproduce
supy script (mp).zip
run setup (mp).zip

Expected behavior
A physical output of the radiation balance.

It appears that these Kup spikes are happening during transition times (i.e., sunrise and sunset).

@MatthewPaskin, could you please double-check this for other days?

I get same error during times. It do occur on all days i have checked, probably due to low solar altitude

Tried with different input data and get the spikes everytime.
