Created a function that uses the message fields directly for the ‎CANWrapper_Transmit function.
The goal is to allow any msg to be processed when testing.

To fix the code duplication, you could make the regular CANWrapper_Transmit function copy the message parameter, set its members and pass it to the Raw version, since all it does differently is use some global variables to fill in that information.
