    • Oversees setting product vision, strategy and ensuring business side resources Unblock resource issues for the team as needed

    • Post-award: Ensure a healthy DevSecOps pipeline; Review overall quality of technical solutions and recommend improvements; Review vendor code

Designers

    • Pre-award: Work with the PO to come up with technically feasible options for meeting user needs and business priorities; Create conceptual design artifacts (e.g., mocks, WF models); Develop research protocols; Deliver training and coaching on human centered design and other best practices (e.g. design systems, accessibility)
    • Post-award: Review and help ensure the quality of vendor design work; Observe vendor design practices and offer guidance on areas for improvement; Ongoing coaching for USFS on research and design quality and how to see / address any red flags
