Starting pycsw on geoport

Login as user "usgs", which sets the custom conda environment to "ioos":

(ioos)rsignell@gam:~$ sudo su usgs
[sudo] password for rsignell:
discarding /home/usgs/miniconda/bin from PATH
prepending /home/usgs/miniconda/envs/ioos/bin to PATH

Run the csw.wsgi script:

(ioos)usgs@gam:/home/rsignell$ cd /opt/pycsw
(ioos)usgs@gam:/opt/pycsw$ nohup python csw.wsgi &

And seems to be working:
