Copy & modify all files from a recent viz

Copy over a recent, complete viz (Maria?) as a starting point for testing and revisions. Make any immediate adjustments (e.g., for renaming after #2) as necessary to get the template viz to build successfully.

The alternative would be to start from a clean slate: create empty placeholder functions for all functions implied by the viz.yaml storm outline (#2)...but I think we'd be creating more complexity than needed by doing it this way, because we have 3-4 relatively similar and effective storm vizzies already under our belt.
