Overview

Add a hoverable popup to show what types of searches can be performed.

Proposal

UTD Grades has this functionality on their home page to quickly show users how to use the site. We need a similar small tutorial that also briefly explains how our data is aggregated.

Below is a screenshot of what that looks like on UTD Grades.
