Actualmente se esta utilizando scss por detrás en librerías pero no el proyecto principal. Evaluar alternativas de incorporación (y/o ventajas). Existen 3 métodos actualmente:

Plugin de babel
Preprocesador recomendado por CRA (chokidar)
react-css-modules
