📃: Add Explainable AI folder and some code additions to it

🔴 Title :Explainable AI
🔴 Aim :Explainable AI folder and code addition. I have a Research Paper written on these algorithms and their borad use of how they may help in explaining the process behind the AI's approach and eliminating the black box problem that the ML industry has been facing. These are unique solutions to for this problem.
🔴 Brief Explanation : Explainable AI is a new filed recently emerging. It consists of all the methods functions used to disfigure the process of how an AI came to a conclusion. There are many Algorithms used for it from Lower leveled simple algos to higher more complex Algos.
