When making a model where F_FLAG is used, it would be helpful to track the use of F_FLAG by a new variable type. Then figures could be generated with that in mind. Specifically, DV vs PRED and residual plots should be differently formatted when F_FLAG is 1.
If this is of interest, I can give some more details of the different figures that I think would help. And, the feature should be possible to override in case the independent variable is not the likelihood.
