This computer vision based intelligent crowd traffic management system is a robust frameworks that managers and analyses road traffic flow in real time by estimating the traffic density near traffic signals and roads via CCTV, presenting a simple cost efficient and effective algorithm to avoid congestion on roads, by analysing the video frames that are getting from the camera to detect the vehicles, these fetched frames is used to get the information like type of vehicle, its speed, rules the violet and density of vehicles per unit area, these status are further used for traffic signal manipulation and diverting the roots of vehicles to less crowded roads according to the density and also parking booking facility is integrated to avoid unwanted Hustle and traffic jam along with a SMS alert system for the less dense path. Help sections are provided for one on one communication to the necessary services.
