[CES-2593] Update the boot splash image

With this PR we update teh boot splash image from using just the text 'Factor 4' (which infringes on a copyright) across the UltiMaker Logo, to a boot splash image that uses the text 'Ultimaker Factor 4' below the ultimaker logo.
