Unable to use Agent over dongle #2427

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior, but I can only get the agent to recognize the keyboard when I'm connected via USB, not via the dongle.

This behavior is normal for now, but Agent has yet to clarify it, and it will. Eventually, Agent will work via the dongle.
