We can develop the initial user interface using plain HTML, without any styling, but eventually it would be nice if we could use a CSS library to make the UI nicer. I've seen a lot of people on the internet recommend using Tailwind CSS with Rails.

See this guide on how to set up Tailwind CSS for a Rails 7 app.
