Steps to complete for the next release:

Finish implementation of uncertain Fourier transform
Check if all functions have comments (Nikhil)
Update changelog
Check if the documentation is up to date (Nikhil)
Add a documentation for the timeseries class (Nikhil)
Check if all examples are running
Run all example notebooks to have up-to-date figures
Unify file names (my_file.py instead of myFile.py) (Nikhil)
