Allow adding extra fields that are not tags

kv unstructured (but not structured) has the notion of fields, a dict of key-value pairs that are added to the fields but not visible in the rawstring. Field keys are different from tags in that they don't create another data source, and aren't prefixed with "#".

By adding fields to the init of the base handler, fields can be supported everywhere.
