Add more flexible configuration options for ignore/watch patterns

This idea lacks a clear specification as of yet, but it was suggested by @runborg to add more flexible configuration options for ignore and/or watch patterns.

IIRC, the legacy config provides a regex pattern config option to ignore or watch matching ports on a device. Interface name patterns may be too crude in some cases: Other interface filters might be more useful, such as interface description filters. Hopefully, @runborg can add his ideas here.
