Link to heading in article

Hi, I would like to use DPL3's "linksto" function to link back not only to the article but to the specific position of the link in the article, or if this is not possible to link to the heading containing the link. Is there a way to do this?

What I would like to have:

Page A:
Heading 1
adsf
Heading 2
asdf
Heading 3
link to Page B

Page B:
Link to Page A Heading 3

At the moment I'm using the function like this: {{#dpl: category = category | linksto = {{FULLPAGENAME}} }}

Another question that just came up, is it possible to restrict "linksto" to only show backlinks which were generated manually, and not ones generated by DPL3 itself.

If I put "{{#dpl: category = category | linksto = {{FULLPAGENAME}} }}" on page A it will see the backlinks it created on page B linking to Page A and therefore create a link to page B.
