Improve PortableInfoboxBuilder

• Restrict the publish dialog to the template namespace rather than requiring that Template: is explicitly typed, otherwise it goes to the main namespace — PortableInfoboxBuilder: Force "Template:" prefix on publishing #53, Fix window.location.assign to go to namespaced page #54, PortableInfoboxBuilder: use localised template namespace #55

• Create a way to preview and potentially edit the generated source before publishing

• Allow to edit an existing infobox with the builder
