Oh we had many discussions of pluralized decades. I think the latest thread is UniversalDependencies/UD_English-EWT#527

Got it, so, update to

2000s	2000s	NOUN	NNS	Number=Ptan|NumForm=Combi|NumType=Card

and look for anything else that fits as well?
