We have to publish our saved models to tensorflow hub:

For the process of publishing see: https://www.tensorflow.org/hub/contribute_a_model

The information about the models need to be updated here: https://github.com/UniversalDot/tfhub.dev/tree/add-universaldot/assets/docs/universaldot

once the Models are published there, we can pull them into our docker container.
