remeshing crashes depending on model scale

I have a model with centimeters as units. When I import it using the correct scale, mesh reparation enters an infinite loop and aborts. However, when I select meters as units when importing, the mesh is processed without issues.

Yes mesh reparation is not robust enough for your 3d model.
You can disable mesh reparation and do the reparation yourself, it may be quite tedious.
