Cannot add more than 1 Link (for remote installation) to one unmanic installation

Description

Unfortunately I cannot add more than 1 Link to one unmanic installation

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]
Adding as many links to remote installaitons as I want

Actual behaviour: [What actually happens?)
I can add apparently add a second installation: However it this config is not saved (even not, if I press the "submit" button below)
So, the second remote installaiton which I just keyed in is substituting the first ....

Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?]
any time I try to add another remote installation

The version can be found at the footer of the WebUI. Also, please include the OS details and what version you are running
(e.g. cat /etc/os-release).

Installation Method Used

Manually installed and run or run through Docker?
Installed by "Proxmox VE helper scripts" asl LXC
