Overnight all plugings become incompatible

I have unmanic running on my unRaid server and it has been running fine for a months now.
Yesterday I went to check on the system after I was notified of an update that had been applied to find that everything had stopped and all plugs had been flagged incompatible (as per screen shot)

Clicking the X on the error message clears the error for about a second or two before it reappears at the bottom of the list.
In essence you cannot clear these error or get to the config screens as the error messages are on top of other screens all the time.

The upgrade applied was v0.2.8, the existing system was 0.2.8+925008e+dirty

I have restored from the previous backup and its running again now, but I cannot seem to get this new upgrade to work as it just dumps on the plugins every time.

So while I thought it was the upgrade I have not totally lost all ideas of whats happening overnight with this.

Since my first post, I have removed unmanic from AppBackup which stopped any upgrades and also backups.

But still I awake each morning to the same issues where all of the plugins are deemed incompatible.
As these error messages keep reappearing each time they are closed, its impossible to get back to any screens to and to see anything else.

I dont have anything running on the server currently, its idle, but still it gets labeled as incompatible plugins every night.

All that is happening on the server is AppBackup and a unmanic restart as part of that backup.

I am not getting anywhere with this.

Looking at the log files from last night, all was running well and then the following:

And everything has stopped, so I am wondering if this Checking for updates to the plugin's is causing the problems.
