[Feature request] - Keep audio track and subtitles for only one language

Hey there! I've really been enjoying using unmanic in my pipeline. At the moment, I see we can remove audio and subtitle tracks by specifying a list of languages via plugins. It would be great if we could have an plugin or option to strip all tracks and subtitles, but keep only those for a specific language.

For example, keeping just the English audio track and subtitles.
