Update FAQ Section with New Questions

Changes:

Hard code the FAQ questions onto the FAQ page of the frosh website. Group them under the relevant category (general, frosh kit, frosh group). You can find the list of questions to include here: faq document

Visuals:

Keep the 3 current questions (what is frosh week, what is the best place to get information about frosh week, and who is part of frosh week) but add new questions below those or on the appropriate question category page. Follow the same format of the current questions.
