The idea is simple: what if we used Zopfli for compression and multithreaded it for faster CI times? The answer is: more gains, more better!
It doesn't help that despite the plans outlined at #128, the new Forge 1.20.1 port is uh, quite heavy thanks to the bundled MixinExtras!
